Our Service

Our service is completely flexible, adaptable, and scalable if needed for when your business grows. You can use our services on a contract or ad hoc basis:

Pay as you go

Our ‘pay as you go’ option is ideal for sole traders and businesses where the amount of admin varies from month to month i.e. seasonal. You can send us work on an ad hoc basis and we’ll invoice you for the time spent on your account. We charge in 5 minute increments so you don’t have to worry about paying over the odds.

Contract-based

If your admin is regular, we can place you on a retainer allocating enough time each month to stay on top of everything. The benefit to you is a 10% discount on our standard hourly rate, prioritised work, and a flat fee each month. We are flexible however and can accommodate additional ad hoc work.

Sometimes it is difficult to estimate how much time your admin will require at the beginning. Therefore we usually suggest a three month period on “pay as you go” basis. After this we can establish an average time needed and agree on a retainer.
